I edited this video together a couple of years ago to go along with Einstein on the Beach: Knee 5 (one of my favorite pieces of music ever created). I hope you enjoy my somewhat abstract view of this beautiful music. I am far from a professional when it comes to editing in this style but I did enjoy getting into the zone while listening to this piece on repeat.

If you fancy Philip’s work, you may be interested in checking out a documentary about Philip Glass called, “Glass: A Portrait of Philip in Twelve Parts” as it’s one of the most inspiring documentaries IMHO and is available on Netflix.

I’m alive! I’m alive and feeling pretty amazing! Especially after receiving so much support from my sweet Penguin Army. I was nervous about the reaction I’d receive after my last blog but the kind words I received through comments and emails are so touching. I really appreciate how understanding everyone was and the fact that no one took it personally. I took some time this weekend to spend some quality time with my family and Daniel. :D I’m more relaxed than I have been in awhile… ahhh, feeling good (in Joe from family guy voice).

That is all.

I am pretty certain that I didn’t actually wake up this morning, but instead am walking around in a new dream… most likely going to hop into the next one very soon. I’m walking around in such a daze today that I actually locked myself out of the house for at least 45 minutes (until Dan came home). Hanging out in my pajama’s while it was 42 degrees out wasn’t a problem though. I actually enjoyed the cool breeze that came my way while being half naked. My biggest issue was getting swept up in squirrel drama. That’s right, squirrel’s are dramatic little beasts.

I wandered today through my neighborhood while “Ain’t No Reason” played on repeat.  Sure, I played other music.  The “Iron & Wine” station on Pandora is a favorite of mine, but there’s something about that song…
